Truly a gem in the heart of MID-TOWN Village! The classes offered are crosstraining focused and driven to push you to your limits. The combo of Heart, Muscle and Mind, is genius! Starting with a cardio segment, then a strength section and concluding with stretching and yoga. If you want a clean gym, that is focused on the customer, this is the place for you. The staff is fantastic and the owner is a pure example of FITNESS, unlike other gyms in the area. The people who workout at Fusion are great as well. Professional-focused individuals, with determination and focus! Wheather you are here on business or live in Center City, FUSION is a must see! Every class is like having a personal trainer, at an affortable cost! They offer towel, lockers, changing rooms, snacks and drinks.
