I have know people to be with this company for years and I have only experence being with this company for 2 maybe 3 years. This Non Profit company is the worst business. Of course I should pay my bill on time each month but things out the ordinary happens . Ok I went to pay my bill on 12/28/2010,I called and got the wrong understanding about what day thinking the Lady said Wednesday but after allit was today. I made it home the water people were there to cut the water off I stated that I was in my way to pay so they did not cut the water off. I am at the water company paying my bill and being honest letting them know they did not cut my water off due to so could I have the 50.00 reconnect fee dropped. I had to pay cause they were out there. I do believe there is a difference between cutting off and being there. I feel that iwas charged wrongfully due to the workers. The boss Vincent or Paul or whoever needs to enforce to their workers that if someone is on the cut off list then dont go by the customer do your job,but the guys were being nice about it. The girl with black hair sits at the window and she is very rude and this has been said by many people not just myself. The old gray hair lady tells me to get off my cell phone and I have already gave her my money and yes I told her you cant tell me what to do inside my car.The company may be ok but the People I guess they are Family ( what a poor excuse).Oh yea then they ask for a apology the only apology you will get from me is this COMPANY NEEDS A NEW SET OF STAFF MEMEBERS.\r
