Review content:
I turned to this Engineering business for advice on how to proceed on a project regarding retaining walls. They sent an engineer who ""visited"" our place for 5 minutes, looked at the retaining walls, took no measures, pictures, nothing and never heard from them again until a month and a half later when we got an invoice for $165.00 dollars for the ""consultation"". I must mention that the invoice was mailed 8 days after the due date it stated, which was the same date as the invoice. When I requested from them some sort of document or product that was worth the amount, first they offered to send their analysis and recommendation and later they refused to send anything until I paid the ""late"" invoice! I will pay them without seeing what their final recommendation is but I presume it will be a rude, non professional and useless document just as their whole way of doing business seems to me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this firm for ANYTHING.
Pros: Never had the chance to see something good
Cons: From the beginning they get a bad review.
