First of all I want to say that I have emailed KFC corporate a several occassions and they have never replied so I can only assume they don't care about the publics opinion. \r My biggest complaint is getting a 'chicken pie' which is my favorite. I live in Kitsap County, Wa and have had no success in the past several months aquiring a chicken pie. One store in Silverdale told me they took it off the menu for the summer. I returned in Sept and was told it was taken off the market. I complained to KFC corporate.\r Two days ago I stopped at another KFC in Bremerton, was so pleased to see they had the chicken pies on the menu, I ordered 2 for me and my husband. I was asked if I called them in, I said no....she said she would have to check. She came back and told me there was only one chicken pie. \r I got upset. She said that people call them in, I asked where was that on the menu!??? \r So just because it's on the menu doesn't mean you can have it.\r I sent an email to KFC corporate again, still no reply. \r How can KFC measure the success of an item if it can't be purchased? The stores I have been to are not busy. The one in Silverdale that doesn't offer the pies couldn't even get my order right. I ordered extra crispy chicken, was served regualar. Told them I didn't order that, was told they didn't have extra crispy and I would have to wait 10-15 minutes. Told them I would wait. My family was done with their food when mine came. This happened to the other 2 customers that came in, during dinner hours. Unfortunately they didn't argue and took what they didn't order, guess they were in a hurry. While all this was going on the staff in the back was playing around, hitting each other with towels, etc while the customers were left unhappy.\r Can't run a successful business this way can they? \r I can't seem them staying in business, what a shame. They just don't get it!\r
