While it is impossible to please EVERY customer that walks through our doors, we pride ourselves on making 'Our Goal to always please our customers', just as simple as that. We have been in business for over nine years a have a Large and Loyal customer base, who purchase from us and refer customers to us on a daily basis. We work hard to offer the Most competitive pricing in the Bay Area on all our equipment while making Customer Satisfaction our #1 priority and Goal. We are a VERY Busy shop and work on anywhere between a dozen - to three dozen cars a day & offer a lifetime warranty on all the work we perform. This may mean that there will be times that it might take a few hours to complete a job or it might take only 25mins to complete depending on the type of job. When that is the case we ALWAYS offer to make an installation appointment for a later date that we GUARANRTEE to honor. We encourage ALL of our customers to do their homework and make us their last stop because we WILL NOT BE UNDERSOLD BY ANY OF OUR COMPETITORS! If you find a lower price than what we have quoted you online PLEASE do not assume that you are being ripped off, the internet does not dictate market pricing and you have NO guarantee that what you buy on the internet is new or has warranty. WE WILL BEAT THE PRICING OF ANY 'AUTHORIZED RETAILER' period & that includes ALL authorized online retailers! If you wish to get a labor quote over the phone, we do our best to give as accurate a quote as possible- we only ask that you give an honest and accurate description of the product you wish to have installed ESPECIALLY if the item is a 'used' 'mangled' alarm that the Big Three retailers refused to offer you service on and we happen to be the shop that is tyring to help you (and would never be welcomed in our shop - we have respect for, and service ALL ethnicities without being prejudice)!
