Review content:
As a real estate agent, I always hope my clients' moves are easy, fast and uneventful, except for a bit of celbrating.\r But life happens, and the first time one client went to take a show in the evening after moving in, the shower handle mechanism came out and the crews and bolts went down the drain. New house but no shower is definitely not a happy ending. Though it was way past 5PM, they called Pat Holland to make arrangements for the following day, but Pat insisted on coming right over and quickly, professionally and most important, pleasantly fixed the problem and had them sleeping clean in their new home that night. And the charge was embarassingly low.\r Not an isolated event for Pat. More recently, another client moved into their new home, only to find that the drains were backing up due to a clog of unknown origin. Pat came to the rescue again, diagnosed the problem (baby wipes put down the toilet--a no-no) and in no time, he ""snaked"" the drain and sewer lines. Problem fixed and disaster averted. And did I mention that he's a really nice guy? And has two beautiful daughters! Lucky guy; lucky customers.
