Unfortunately, my experience has not been the same as others who have written reviews. I ordered a Wing Dragon and a spare battery about two weeks ago. A first time customer. I paid extra for faster shipping. Not the fastest, but not regular USPS. The battery showed up within four days. No plane. I checked the website and Hobby Lobby says it shipped at the same time. The package containing the battery says ""1 of 1"" on the shipping label. I've emailed Hobby Lobby inquiring. No response after about a week. (I had emailed earlier to get details on another plane... thinking to buy it. No response to that either. Thank goodness I didn't order it.) I admit I have not phoned them yet, but most places respond at least eventually when you put ""Missing Order"" in the subject line. I don't expect to ever hear from them. Nor do I expect the plane to ever show up at this point. I'll keep the worthless battery. Not worth shipping back to them. But on the first business day after the holiday, I'll have my credit card stop payment. I don't pay for things I don't receive. First and last time I deal with them. Pros: Great website Cons: Order unfulfilled, no product, no customer service
