1 Star Is Just For Sake Of It!!! I purchased 2 HD and wanted to return. The customer service lady was nice by smiling but no class. i was answering her the reason of the return as she asked, and she is talking to her co-worker next to her and yet that lady was helping another client. She advised me that return cannot be done due to 2 days past the return days (30days). i simply asked if that can be override and processed. she called the department manager. so far the service is poor enough, the department manager came and says no return without asking anything or introducing who the F%& he is and what is his title (of course no one of them were wearing name tags). since this process took 15 minutes already, i asked for his manager. i had to wait another 15 to face another low class, arrogant, idiot and same thing like the rest, no name tag of course, no introduction what are their qualification and what department they represent. i had to ask those. and he said i quote "" NO RETURN SINCE THE PRODUCTS WERE PURCHASED OVER 30 DAYS (only 2 days past return date)"". I asked if the system can be adjusted and credit my card. he said ""NO RETURN AT ALL, IF YOU INSIST, STORE CREDIT ONLY OR NO RETURN, WHICH ONE DO YOU WANT?"". i could not believe my ears, i have been in customer service and management and never ever in my life i faced someone like these people to tell you NO RETURN. IF RETURN, STORE CREDIT IS THE OPTION. DO YOU WANT STORE CREDIT OR YOU WANT TO STAY WITH THE PRODUCTS. I said to my self to stop right here and right now before i bring my class that low to talk to these people. i accepted the STORE CREDIT (NO INTENSION OF VISITING BEST BUY EVER) and asked for his business card. DO YOU THINK I GOT THAT OR HE RETURNED WITH BUSINESS CARD?. the lady wrote his name on the receipt and said he is the only ARMANDO in the store and he is the STORE MANAGER. This was the last purchase i made with BestBuy. If You people do not care of the service, and over paid prices, this is the place to go and meet the LOW CLASS PEOPLE.
