i've been getting tattooed by pj for a little over 5 years now. i always trust him to put a special finishing touch on every idea i bring to him. he does excellent work, is patient, and doesn't have the crappy elitist attitude you can run into with other artists.
the shop itself is very clean, not cramped or crowded, and it's never too loud. the location isn't too far from baltimore and easy to find.
Pros: clean, great artists, great work
