My hair was a mess. I had long hair about 3 weeks ago and went to the mall where they could cut it right then. Big mistake cause it was all gapped up and they took more than I wanted. So a friend told me to go where her mom goes and they'd fix it. Well that was the second mess up. That lady couldn't do any better. So I thought I was done & decided to just let it grow out since no one could cut my thick hair. I went to A Finer Image with my friend when she had an appointment. Of course the topic of my bad 2 haircuts came up & Darlene Walters asked me to take it out of the ponytail & let her see it. She agreed the cut was awful but told me she could fix it if I'd let her cut it just a little shorter and showed pictures of what she had in mind. I agreed but had my doubts after 2 bad experiences. She said she didn't have any appointments available for haircut for a while but she stayed late to work me in that same night since I was there. She said it was that bad. She washed my hair and cut it and only dryed it a little so it wasn't dripping cause it was late. I thought the cut was great but she told me to stop by again after I fixed it one day. OH MY GOSH! It is awesome! She not only fixed the cut, but she did what she said she could do AND I think it looks longer if that's possible. I am very very very very very happy with my new haircut and NO ONE besides Darlene will EVER cut my hair again! She rocks!
