I waited 60 minutes for a pre-employment drug test. The waiting room wasn't busy (2 or 3 people in front of me). If I was waiting for the doctor I could understand the long wait, but the medical assistants do the drug tests. Both medical assistants were in an interview for new MAs (there were two interviews back-to-back). It makes no sense to tie up all your staff in interviews and have nobody taking care of patients while the waiting room fills up. Finally I complained, then the front desk clerk went to relay the message, then immediately the interviewee left and 2-3 staff burst into the waiting room to start taking care of patients. By that time there were 5 people in the waiting room (4 drug tests and 1 physical). \r \r We have choices in medical care. I didn't have a choice that day, because the employer contracts only with that location and facility. Next time, when I DO have a choice, I won't be choosing Healthworks on Broadway in Everett. Pros: Convenience Cons: long wait
