i just went to Parcels and Posts to have a package sent to NY and to buy a stamp for a bday card. The boy working behind the counter was incompetent, to say the least, he had to ask the answer for 18 divided by 2! After measuring and weighing my box, he informed my that FedEx was my best option and gave me a form to fill out. He then let this bossy man cut in front of me who proceeded to invade my personal space and reeked of alcohol. This man had copies that he needed hole punched, something he could not imagine knowing how to use, and further confused the feeble minded boy at the counter. After a flurry of questions that I could not really follow, he then only owed 88 cents for all of this time wasting.I swear this took over 5 minutes! I had to ask loudly how much I owed again for my postage and a single stamp as well, when I was finished with the form and had been waiting for some time. It took a few more minutes for the man to clear out, and then the boy had to ring me up all over again and FORGOT the stamp! He was an idiot and I will never go back there again. I was so irritated by this time wasting experience that I had to give them a review.
