Businiess name:  Brame Huie Pharmacy

Review content:
My doctor prescribed a compound prescription for a painful condition. I arrived at Brame-Huie 2hours before closing and was informed by the pharmacist that he couldn't fill the prescription that day because he wanted to go home promptly at quitting time. Later, another employee at the pharmacy apologized to me, saying that the pharmacist could have easily filled the prescription before the pharmacy closed. After this incident, I called for a refill at 9 am on a Saturday morning and was informed that Brame-Huie is always understaffed on Saturdays, so there was no way that the pharmacy could fill the prescription before Monday. When pressed, the woman said that if the staff could stop answering the phones long enough and clear the line at the counter, they might possibly get to the compounding room and prepare the prescription. I'm serious. This is how they treat costumers. I plan to get the next refill somewhere else, even though I will have to drive over an hour. Don't go to this pharmacy if you really need something.
