I was very pleased to have my notebook worked on by these nice people. I felt comfortable leaving my machine with this company. They seemed to understand my problem completely. They had a checklist form of questions to ask me to make sure they backup everything i needed. They did exactly what they said they would, and i had my machine back the next day. Best Buy told me it would cost $200 just to leave it with them. I am glad i looked around and found these guys. Thank You!!!!!! I told them i would be happy to write a good review and so here it is.\r
