I have been a customer of Custom Eyes for over 2 years now. They have always treated me professionally and courteously. I am a procrastinator, so I have often run out of contacts, and I have forgotten my exam more than once. They have always given me a sample to get me to the next available appointment, and just rescheduled. Dr. Kathleen Murphy is thorough and personable. Kevork is always the professional, and gives great advice on which frames look good on you, and the price point is not a consideration. I highly recommend Custom Eyes. I cannot say enough about the kindness and professionalism of all the staff. Have patience - good customer service and thorough care take time. There is never any rush.
