I haven't been to a salon in I don't know how long. I was always just hitting the chop shops on the way home from work. I decided that it was time to go in and get a real haircut from someone that would listen to me and take the time to really know my hair, not someone that saw me as a number and a tip. I chose Valla and am more than satisfied! I don't know what I expected, but it was not this! She sat down, literally sat down, with me and asked me questions, offered advice and suggestions, and gave me exactly what I wanted! She didn't pressure me to do anything, not even buy the products! She mentioned them and showed me, but didn't pressure! That right there is one of the reasons I stayed away from salons, but even Fantastic Sam's makes you try and buy the products the sell.
All in all, one of my better decisions in life! I will be going back for another cut and color in 6 weeks and I can't wait!!!! I think the price was reasonable for the type of salon and attention you receive. Complimentary parafin! Nice!! Thanks Valla!! See you in 6 weeks!
