Review content:
My previous stylist at another salon went on maternity leave. I heard a lot of great things about Salon Dacota so I decided give it a try. I was very pleased as a first time customer. Bobbi Styles, the stylist, took the time to learn about my hair, the coloring, even my profession to make sure that everything would come together for me personally. Since I color blonde, his goal was the healthiness of my hair, not only for this time, but for the future; he created a long-term plan for my hair. After everything was said and done I walked away pleased with how much healthier my hair felt. In regard to the cut - he had recommended to cut my hair a little shorter than I wanted - he was respectful to my hesitation. However, being that he is the professional and knew what was best for my hair for to get it in the best condition and cut, I wish I would have been brave. I liked that the customers have the opportunity to receive ways to earn discounts through a variety of ways including loyalty; that's important. I was even more pleased to hear how they volunteer their time to donate haircuts for designated charities; how impressive. Last but not least, the salon atmosphere is professional, friendly, quaint, comfortable and by the photos of all the stylists together, you can tell it must be a great place to work. \r Thanks for the great experience,\r \r Robin C. Pros: Customer Satisfation Cons: I was nervous-it was my first time to a new place in 5yrs.
