I have to say that I am quite surprised at the two poor rewiews here! I have been a Don Franco client for four years now and have always had excellent service and the staff has always been friendly and professional! The atmosphere is relaxed and this is what I want when I go to a salon, it keeps me comfortable....NOT UNCOMFORTABLE AROUND A BUNCH OF UNINTERESTING SNOBS!!!! While I will not name my stylist, she is by far the best in Michigan that I have been to; comparable to one in NYC and in Vegas that I have been to. I will agree that I have had to wait up to 15 mins for my appointment but things happen; who hasn't set in a doctor's or dentist's office for an hour for a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT? Bottom line I have sent sooo many friends to this salon and every one of them are sooo happy and surprised this type of salon exsists in our area! FYI: Many of my friends thought their pricing would be HIGH but they were surprised to find out it was the same as what they were paying at lesser salons!!
Pros: Excellent location-HUGE salon-Highly talented staff!
Cons: Many stylists book out far in advance--no on-site ATM
