We recently had a new AC & heating system installed by DominAir. The installation was a bit complicated by the attic space and layout. These guys did a great job at a fair price. Their entire team, Deacon, Kenneth, Donny, Vincent, and Joe were nice and great to work with, always courteous and patient. In installing the new system, Donny, Vincent, and Joe were tenacious and determined in completing the installation as quickly as possible. It was a bad day for installation due to much rain, but our floors and carpets were protected and clean when they left. Several times we’ve gone the “find someone cheaper route” and been disappointed, even cheated. Honesty, integrity and professionalism go a lot farther with us. These guys did what they said they would and for the price they quoted. Kenneth’s word is his bond and we didn’t pay a dime until the job was complete. For the first time since we’ve been in Houston, we have our AC and heating service provider. Check with the BBB and check their references. If you’re fair minded, you’ll not be disappointed.
