Review content:
Called Rob on Friday and received a call back from him that he could be out on Saturday afternoon to give me an estimate. He said that he would do tuckpointing on the portion of my chimney inside the attic and would rebuild the chimney above the roof line. Rob said that he would be out Monday to compelte the work. After speaking with my wife we decided we wanted a bit more research since this was the first quote we received, so I called him Sunday and left him a voicemail that we wanted to hold off about a week and see what a couple of other companies said. He called me back on Monday and said that when I called back the price would be $200 higher and called me a A****** before hanging up the phone. I would not recommend Rob to anyone. It is a shame because before the phone call I thought he was a very nice gentleman and we most likely would have chosen to use his services.
