Review content:
I am a gym snob. What that means to me is the details matter. What I get at Qi is so above and beyond other gyms I have trained at that there is no contest when I'm deciding where to spend my hard-earned money.
First, they have amazing classes. Yoga, spin, yoga-sculpt, body-barre, gymnastics - they offer some great versatility in fun training options. Second, they have 4 locations. This is a winner for me, because I'm not always in the same location day to day, and more locations means more options for choosing classes if I want to make it to a late yoga or spin class.
Third, their trainers are friendly, approachable and all have obvious, extensive cohesive training. They're consistent. One of the things that has impressed me the most about the trainers at Qi, in classes and in one-on-one sessions is their attention to form, anatomy and the structural alignment of the body. This is above and beyond most gyms, and is key in preventing injury, especially in bigger classes where many people are working with one instructor.
All around, Denver is really fortunate to have Qi as a part of our community. They recently ran an awesome incentive to members, complete 30 classes in 30 days to receive a free month of membership - which I am currently in the middle of accomplishing.
Great staff, great facilites, great classes and new equipment - really doesn't get any better.
