Watch out, this guy is a crook!! I hired him to wire a new construction house and even signed a contract with him. He only started the job (spike it) and then quit working on it when a more lucrative commercial job was available. I repeatedly called him for months (he screens his calls) to try and get him to finish the job because I had scheduled other tradesmen who were waiting for him (insulators, sheet rockers, plasterers, painters, carpenters, cabinetmakers). He was tying everybody up and pushing up my costs and pushing back the finish date. I was forced to get another electrician to finish his crummy work. He didn’t even know how to space and attach outlet boxes to meet code (the new electrician fixed it). Then, this weasel sues me for the not paying the rest of the negotiated contract price for work that he never fulfilled. John Sulyma, lousy work and even lousier service. Slimy doesn’t even begin to describe this looser.
