I have never written a negative review...but here goes!
Beware of Seta...she is very kind upfront but her goal is to get you in there...have you spend an obscene amount of money...and then be totally unreasonable if you have a change of plans. I requested she not do any alterations on a gown I purchased until a few months before my event...she started within a few weeks and therefore would not let me switch to another dress AND would not return any of my $2500 deposit. I offered for her to keep half the money and let me switch to a more expensive dress and she still said NO.
I was dooped...and stupid! Trust me...there are many other places in Boston that are much less expensive that have beautiful gowns as well.
I am writing this so others will not have to go thru dealing with someone who's business ethics are
questionable!
