I like magnolia Park but I am having to move out and I signed a lease for the 2011-2012 school year and I'm in desperate need of a sublease. The rent is $559 a month (All inclusive) for a 3 bedroom with private bathrooms, but if you take over my lease you'll only pay $529 a month. I only have one roommate who is great, very friendly, fun, and most importantly CLEAN! If you are considering living in Magnolia consider subleasing with me first before you go and sign a new lease, it's the same process but you'll save $30 a month by subleasing from me.
