I just moved to the Kansas City area and needed new tires and brakes on my Scion XB. I noticed a Ford tire sale on television and Googled ""Ford Dealerships"" where Gary Crossley Ford popped up.
I took my car to Crossley and purchased 4 new tires and had my bake pads replaced. Service was great. From the moment I called in to get an appointment to the moment I picked up my car.
I was not aggressively up sold nor asked to purchase anything my car some how at that moment ""needed""
This may have just been a service appointment but I can guarantee you my next vehicle purchase will be from Gary Crossley Ford.
