Businiess name:  Randy Johnson Attorney

Review content:
07.01.2010 06:04 hrs Mr. Johnson did his best to represent me in my should-be-simple divorce. That process took a year and a half, cost approximately $22K, lead to the near destruction of my and our child's life, and indirectly but most recently led to my spending 18 days in two different county jails on three different occasions since January 2010. I am by God's Grace a nice quiet mechanical engineer/manufacture type of person, not needing to spend any time in jail. Add to that his inability to man up and admit to the ADRC (Attorney Disciplinary and Regulatory Commission) that he committed malpractice by abandoning me with the other side a mere hour before meeting with the Judge to consummate our divorce. He did that in reaction to my and the other side's dissatisfaction in his not as the lead attroney having the final paperwork (his responsibility to have prepared) finalized properly. If signed in the state it was, I as his client would have suffered after the divorce even more than I already had living with my narcissictic wife, at his hands, the hands of the 604B evealuators (that he suggested) and the hands of the Kane County legal system in general. The other side and myself, now without the aid of a $22K attorney, negotiated and corrected that document with red ink, which now fills the margins of that document. Mr. Johnson was up until recently a partner in a respected law firm in the Fox Valley and enjoyed the legal protection and benefits of such. Now, mysteriously, he's on his own much like a recent graduate of law school. What does that situation say? One more point, Mr Johnson inquired to multiple Fox Valley Attorneys as to our involvement post-divorce (through the ADRC) and to the South Elgin police department as well. The attorney inquiries disallowed me for retaining any of those attorneys for just about any legal matter as my legal predicament is a convoluted web. The South Elgin police inquiry, after their investigation and speaking to one of Mr. Johnson's former partners, led to them telling me to 'please just leave him alone, he seems to be a nervous type"". Attorney indeed, without a backbone to handle his own personal situations. How can he possibly then handle others? In closing, I would not hire or recommend Mr (not attorney or lawyer) Johnson to anyone for legal advice. respectfully submitted Mr. Attila Boy, a former client Pros: Yet to be found Cons: He's taking up air from other humans, sweats profusely
