This past September I needed an updo for a wedding and went to Twirl for the first time. I had seen their stylist Bianca's work on Facebook (and was impressed) so I booked an appointment with her. She did an amazing job on my hair, despite it being in need of a cut and some color.\r
A few weeks later I went back for a full set of highlight/lowlights on my naturally dark blonde hair. Bianca did an excellent job of blending my natural color with a warm blonde tone; exactly what I wanted.\r
Since then I have been back for another wedding updo (different than the last time and still great), and another set of highlights. As a new client I received special coupons for future services, which was a nice touch.\r
Aside from being beyond satisfied with the work done by Bianca, the salon experience itself has been wonderful. The space is nicely decorated and the rest of the staff very helpful, even if you are not a client of theirs. I very much enjoy that Bianca takes the time to call and confirm my appointments the day prior to; it just shows her professionalism.\r
I have also sent my mom and a friend to Twirl and both have been equally pleased with their experiences.\r
Finding a hairstylist you like is a sometimes serious committment to women and I will definitely be a loyal client there for awhile.
