Seriously?? Shootings/stabbings/fights/drug busts at least once a week. New management doesn't know what to do, so they ""crack down"" on EVERY small gathering thinking it's a crazy throwdown. Cops there all the time. Office staff is very rude (maybe it was because I'm white). If you aren't on the third floor, you can hear every footstep of the people above you. Shoddy construction of the decks on the third floor cause serious leaks in the ceilings. Appliances look to be bought from flea markets or junk yards. Switches and outlets are painted over and hard to use. The smell of weed permiates the whole of building 11. I could go on forever, but I'll just say that if you're looking for a good student apartment, this place isn't it. The price might look enticing, but as the saying goes... you get what you pay for.\r
