Review content:
As regular customer of Los Jalapeños, it was a disappointment to me and my family when the service and quality started to decline. We stopped visiting Los Jalapeños and started patronizing neighboring restaurants that offer similar fare. I recently heard that the management had changed and gave them another try. I'm GLAD I did, and recommend that you do, too.
Service, food quality, wait times, etc have never been better. I discovered that one of the owners is actually managing the restaurant again and it shows. TAKE THE WHOLE FAMILY! My 4 year old son is rewarded with balloons and silly bands after every meal. Instead of pushing an over-priced desert, everyone at the table gets a free Popsicle!
These guys know how to make dining an experience.
