Wow.. to say that I was unfriendly that in itself is a lie. Do you not remember me going above and beyond to help you? I wrote down step by step what you needed to do because I wanted to make sure that you did it correctly so you would not have to go back and forth. I also looked up the hospital phone number for you so that you can get the process started. I was helping your wife and you for more than half an hour. So say what you like but do not lie. You did also fail to mention that we re-towed the bike to your house at a discounted rate. The $206.25 is because our hourly rate is $160 at an hour in a half what does that total?. Our office is open from M-F from 8am-5pm. Anything after that there is a gate fee that applies to all customers.
