Dr. Serratore and his staff, especially Delsie & Beth, are the best! They are all so considerate, intelligent and have the upmost care and respect for all animals. My mother and I have been taking our pets to Normandy Animal Hospital for the past 15 years. I would never go anywhere else. I always know when I take my pets to Dr. Serratore, they are in the best care possible. Thank you for your knowledge, compassion and the best state of the art animal care. You all are such wonderful people. We truly appreciate all that you do. \r
