I hired Hernia Movers during a very, very difficult time. I was leaving my ex-husband, and needed them to move my stuff the next day, which also happened to be New Year's. I called every mover in the phone book, and no one could do it on that short notice, or they said had to come out to the house and give an estimate, which wasn't possible. When I called Hernia, they said sure, no problem, we'll even pack for you! The next day when they arrived, there was so much tension in the air with my ex and his family pacing around the house and yelling at them not to take this and don't touch that. But the movers were absolutely not phased. They were so helpful, sympathetic, genuine, and truly cared that everything went quickly and efficiently for me. They even stealthily helped me make off with a few of our wedding gifts the ex wasn't going to let me take:) The movers turned what was clearly the most awkward and uncomfortable situation into a pleasant experience by the end of the day. I could not have gotten through that day without them, and I could not have been more grateful! Since then, Hernia has moved 50 years worth of memories from my grandmother's house to independent living, they moved my new husband into my apartment, and now they are moving us (including our soon-to-be born child) into our first house. I know this is cheesy, but Hernia has been there for me in all of the really significant moments in my adult life. I promise I'll never use anyone else!:)
