I had the opportunity to use Joyce for quite a few alterations and dress jobs over the last few years. Like some of the other reviews I agree that she is slow. She does tend to put off dresses until a day or so before the big event but they are always done before the event. Her quality is amazing and her prices seem very reasonable to me. We were able to purchase couture gowns in pure silk for much less than you could find at any bridal store and also she will make just about any accessory to match. Her personality does come across as a little cold but I found that she is easy to work with and can make just about anything you can give her a picture of. That skill alone is worth giving her your business. I do not think you will be disappointed.
Pros: Couture gowns at a fraction of the price
Cons: Procrastinates until right before the event
