The previous poster is absolutely correct about Starkey training their employees to lie, which is why I quit working for Marsha Starkey. She also won't pay you when you work overtime. She NEVER takes calls from upset customers, and tells the girls to lie for her ALL THE TIME!! The owners of these properties need to know how their properties are being treated. I know for a fact, they have left properties dirty for more than a week and had to have pest control go spray for roach infestations because they don't take care of their properties. I have witnessed Marsha Starkey lie to owners on more occasions than I can count. Do yourselves a huge favor, and don't use Starkey, and if you're an owner, I would suggest you find another management company, because I can assure you, your property is not being properly taken care of under the management of Starkey Property Management.
