Review content:
The people of California Sound knew exactly what to put into my 2002 Rendevous, so it seemed. I upgraded my stereo from a radio, cassette and cd system to a Bose 6 Disk changer. The problem was the new radio and my 2002 car were not compatible for interfaces. The Bose was all digital and meant for 2004 and later models. Therefore, the radio could not be calibrated to my car for either the warning chime (which is far too loud) or to be exclusive to my vehicle. Also, the buttons on the radio to not backlight at night, which means I'm switching the sound system in the blind at night.
The physical installation was fine, but I wish they would have explained ahead of time that radio could be incompatible with my vehicle and what those shortcomings meant.
