Review content:
My father in law went to Country Careplex for physical therapy after hip replacement surgery. They failed to get him his oxygen, I had to do it and literally hook him up to it after he had been without for 4 days. They failed to grind his food up, even though he had no teeth. I told the staff everyday for over a week that something was wrong with my FIL, their response was he was 'not cooperating' with them. Turns out his bloodpressure and pulse had been so low for such a long period of time, he went into complete renal failure and almost died. He also received a sore on his bottom within 3 days of arriving their, the LVN did not know how he got it, either by them scrubbing him to hard during bath time or sliding him on a sheet and tearing the skin. We were told this was a small sore and was healing, well when he went to the ER via ambulance the ER told us how big it was. It is now 3 months after his rush to hospital for renal failure, he has had multiple surgeries for the 'little sore' that turned out to be at least 3""x4"" and all the way to the bone and still has more to under go. If he lives, he will most likely never walk again and I blame Country Care Plex for all of this by their neglectful care and not listening.\r

I would never recommend a place like this for a loved one, even when you can be there everyday to check on them they will still suffer and be neglected.
