I had my daughters gorgeous wedding dress cleaned at Jack Brown. It took them over a month and when my daughter picked it up, it was completely ruined--it was torn, had none of its beautiful shape and the fabric was completely ruined. They actually tried to give it to her that way and were going to charge her for it!
We called and emailed Mr. Paul Brown but got NO RESPONSE until we had our attorney send him a letter. He said he was going to turn it into insurance and pay for it, but we havent seen anything yet!! I tried to call his office and all the extensions just go to voicemail.I have called 5 times today and heard nothing back.
The district manager at Sam Bass was absolutely sooo rude to us through all of this. My daughter is so sad that her gorgeous dress is ruined, but they could care less.
PLEASE dont take anything that is even slightly valuable to you to be cleaned at Jack Brown--they are the worst company I have ever had to deal with! SHAME ON JACK BROWN!!!! They dont deserve even one star but I had to put atleast that to get this published!
