tidewate lumber is a lumber company in tappahannock that doesnt appricate its employes,, they give days off with no pay, or a thank u, the workers make the company money, but there r no raises , or paid vacations,, does not provide water on hot days or a bathroom, the company would benfit from productions and the employes,company does not give raises as to the cost of liveing going up,or work performance,if company makes their quater for the yr , employes dont benfit from it,should hold meetings to discuss how work can be done better, and happy employes make the company more money, because they like their jobs, if everyone works together employres with the employes better work place for both.
