I have had both my kids here for over a year, and am completely disgusted. I am on the search for new care for my youngest and summer care for my older child. My toddler has contracted drug-resistant staph 3 times! Four if you count the red spot I just found on her this morning. Also we have taken in diapers for her twice in as many weeks, only to have to bring more just a few days later? She's been bitten many times. One day she came home with 5 bites from one child!! \r
My older child was there for the summer and every month we got a calendar itenerary of the field trips and fun things they were supposed to be doing. They did a small fraction. In fact, pretty much the entire month of August they watched movies ALL day. The woman (I refuse to call her a teacher) who was in the room with the older kids in the late afternoons is just horrid! She sits on her rear end and yells at the kids. I never saw them outside once she appeared, either. \r
Seems like ever since the director left, the quality of care has gone downhill, and the good teachers are leaving. I'll be pulling my little one out as soon as I find a better place. And I'm making a complaint with their corporate office and the licensing commission. I'd complain to someone in the office, but THERE ISN""T A DIRECTOR OR ANYONE ELSE TO SPEAK TO!
