I sent my wife in when we moved here for the test ( meaning her being a woman some places will use that as a easy sell ) She requested a brake inspection and oil change (knowing our brakes were fine!!) they did every thing very right the young lady at the counter was very friendly the gentleman that did my car talked to me when done and made me aware of my oil leak which I find comforting knowing they would inform me of any unforeseen issues. And the mechanic that did my brakes was honest they did not try to sell her something that was not needed. I will be going to kaz for years to come. Thanks
Pros: very honest and very good customer relations
Cons: a little expensive but forgiveable
