Review content:
I live in Houston and bought a new car from a Subaru dealer in El Paso who contracted Busy Bee to transport my vehicle to Houston. They took 2 days to return calls to the dealer, which left me concerned to start with before it was ever shipped. My car was supposed to be delivered by 6 pm today. I attempted to call the owner/manager ""Robert"" a couple times over the last few days to reconfirm. Both times he told me not to worry and rushed me off the phone. Clearly he couldn't be bothered to reconfirm with his drivers. Not only did my vehicle not show up, but I never received a phone call to explain ""we're behind schedule"" or ""please accept our apology, we can be there tomorrow by 10."" Nor did they respond to the messages I left today. (Yes, today is the Memorial Day Holiday, but if they are commiting to deliveries today, SOMEONE should respond to customers!) I understand it's hard to pinpoint a deliver time. A window would have been fine. Missing the window would have been fine too - if at least they could have called. The dealer made lots of excuses for them, ""Their cell phones lose reception, etc."" I'm sorry. In the 850 miles from Houston to El Paso, I refuse to believe there is no cell service. I would never recommend using Busy Bee for shipping, towing, or anything else. Cons: Unresponsive, dismissive, failed to deliver vehicle as promised, failed to pick up the phone
