Made my reservations on Monday for a Deluxe kind bed with buffet, to arrive on Friday. Upon my arrival on Friday night (8pm) I was informed, although I had reservations for a deluxe king room, they did not have it ready and would give me a deluxe queen room instead. I was not happy with that and asked the hotel receptionist, what was the purpose of making reservations if you were not going to be accomaodated with the reservations you made. The young lady at the desk graciously upgraded our room to a suite at no charge. Our whole stay there was filled with nothing but helpful people. I would recommend this hotel, just for the excellent customer service.
