We have had PMS ""manage"" our home for a yr because we moved out of state. We came back to a ruined home once the prior tenants moved out. The basement was flooded, lawn was dead, the inside smelled of dog urine. They obviously were NOT checking in like they were supposed to on a regular basis.They were slow to repair what needed fixed & than sent us a giant bill for everything they fixed. I highly recommend you DON'T go with this company. I wish I had read some of these reviews before choosing them. Seems like 9 out of 10 of the reviews are negative. Not to mention their customer service sucks. We are now battling this all out with them because they don't want to be responsible for any of the repairs. The prior tenants don't want to be responsible either which leaves us with a ruined home that has been really pricey to repair. We got a lawyer & are now in the process of going to small claims court. Our first hint should of been that they go by ""PMS"". So please, consider yourself warned, these guys blow. I wish someone would have warned us. Good luck choosing a sincere & loyal property management comapany
