I have never lived in an apartment where I was basically micro managed and treated like a child. Like stated in the previous comment the apartments are cheaply made, paint chips, toilets always have problems, and paper thin walls. The staff is rude, stuck up, and treats you like you are incompetent.
The rules to the lease are ridiculous, quiet hours begin at 10, but they will be at your door by 9:30. The amenities are more of a hassle. Work out room doesn't open until 7:30 and closes at 9, and they will not accommodate it to fit your schedule. The game room also has the same hours and you better not be to loud in there or you will also get another noise violation. The fines they have on their ""rules"" are out of control. Guests will get kicked out if the management feels they need to go.
I would never choose to live here again because the luxury isn't the apartment it's more like hell.
