In dealing with this company they reminded me that there are truely evil people out there. There is one lady who answers the phone/deals with everything. She is horrible. So horrible I asked to speak with someone else and was told there's only an owner above her. She represents herself as a lawyer, which I highly doubt as she lied to me about countless things. I had every intention of clearing my debt. Like a review about I asked for a few things in writing...and never received them. They're after what you owe plus hundreds of your hard earned dollars and don't care if your kids go hungrey to get it.
I found the Federal Trade Commission to be an excelent source of information. I would say get it in writing and document well and DO NOT bother with the phone at all! Cover your hind end! And by all means don't do business with anyone who uses them.
