This establishment not only has old dated equipment that does not clean your clothes properly - but the customer service is just as bad. My first time (and last time) going, I pointed out to the attendant that one of my machines did not have water in it during the wash cycle. She promptly contacted the manager who got on the phone with me and ignorantly told me there was nothing wrong with the machines. He made this diagnosis without actually coming into the Laundromat to physically inspect it. He said he was watching me the whole time via video camera. Let me point out that I had 4 machines going at the same time - and without me telling him which one I was referring to, how could he possibly know just by viewing the machine via video. He was rude and extremely disrespectful to me over the phone, and all over a $3.50 wash. I would think that for something so minor, he could have provided better customer service. I immediately took my wet clothes to another establishment because I refused to give this one any more of my money. My advice to you is: DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT!
