Worse Service Ever: I was referred to them by Samsung when my microwave stopped working after 4 months. I set an appointment for 11-1PM. I called around 12:30 to see if tech was on their way. Was told yes. Waited until 1:45PM and called back. They called the tech to find out he could not find my house (pretty simple as it has been there for 30+ years). He said he called me but phone never rang and no missed calls. My only option take off another day of work as all they could do was reschedule. The attitude of the staff was O'well we will reschedule. The perception is it happens all the time as it did not seem to surprise them. Sadly no other option but to reschedule. Called Samsung and they say out of their hands as it is 3rd party repair. WHAT A SHAME!!!!
