I came to Lucinda with a skill set and some ideas, and she helped me take the steps necessary to find a great new job. I was planning to stay in the same field but wanted to transition to a position with more responsibility and new opportunity. We met approximately 5 times over about 6 months, and by the end of the process I had a new position that met my goals. \r

Lucinda's strengths are her directness and her clarity. She helped me to understand what I was looking for and to take the right steps to get there. There was no wasted time, no navel gazing, just a helpful conversation and a path to a new job. \r
