Review content:
It may be a sign of the times, with RV dealers being hammered by the market, but my our experience with La Mesa RV in Mesa, AZ has been a bit spotty. About five service calls needed to get our generator fixed. Can't get anyone to answer the phone there. The promised ""customer priority"" for warranty and service -- which our saleman promised would include urgent replacement part shipment and priority into the service bays -- is actually a more than two week wait for someone to even identify the problem. Every call goes to voicemail and the poor lady that picks up the phone when I dial ""0"" sighs when she hears my voice for the third or fourth time. When I finally get someone on the line -- they transfer me to someone else's voicemail. Not a great experience. No fun. Cons: Promises are easy to make
