Review content:
Never really wrote a bad review before - thought I would have too much guilt doing that kind of damage to a business... and then this happened...
I started getting an egg and cheese sandwich from here 3 days in a row. (I'll admit, it was pretty good) Anyway, the next time I went in, the guy who was making my sandwich coughed on it. (I was like WHHHHHHHATTTTTTTTT) So I asked the guy, ""Did you just cough on my sandwich?"" He didn't hear me so I had to repeat it a few times. He finally said no, and then quickly stuck the sandwich in the oven. Still confused about how I should handle the situation, I stepped over to the register and was hoping somehow that I would get another sandwich, but was too shy to ask. The manager is the one who handles the register, and he asks me if I want some apples or cookies. As he's ringing me up (for the full amount), he tells me that a co-worker just told him what happened, and he's sorry. He said that the cookies and apples are on the house. (Really????????????)
Needless to say, I never went back. That's not really how you're supposed to handle that kind of situation in my opinion... And if that's the way they handle it in front of me, I only wonder what customers aren't seeing in the back kitchen.
